Austin Custom Foam (ACF) is located just north of downtown Austin, Texas near the 183 and I-35 intersection. This site includes contact information and driving directions to our shop, some pictures of projects worked on, and some basic descriptions of the services we offer.

ACF is a foam specialty shop concentrating mostly on  Commercial Construction, however some work has been done on residential stucco housing, custom signage, and various other applications of cutting foam. After receiving plans or sketches of architectural shapes as well of the number of linear feet needed, customers get an estimated price by the next business day and the foam cut, using Hotwire technology, within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Foam shapes for large jobs (over 500 Linear Ft) are priced by the amount of Foam used and not the time it takes to create it therefore customers receive a very consistent price no matter the job. Small jobs (Under 500 Linear Ft) require a design fee of $60 an hour, billed in 15 minute increments, plus the amount of foam used. All estimates are free and subject to change if the  size of the order changes or the order is placed more than two weeks after the estimate was created. To be sure all work is completed in a timely manner all faxes and emails must be followed up by a phone call from the customer to ensure receipt of documents.
